XPEDITION 2 i-Size is the successor to the iconic XPEDITION car seat by Kinderkraft.

Each element has been carefully engineered to ensure maximum protection and comfort for the child during travel. XPEDITION 2 i-Size is a multi-functional 4-in-1 car seat designed for children who are 40–150 cm tall (0–36 kg, from birth to approximately 12 years). It meets the latest R129 i-Size car seat standard, and has been tested under stringent conditions in crash tests.

This swivel car seat allows you to transport your child in the rearward facing (RWF) position up to approximately four years old (up to 105 cm, up to 20 kg). Remember that the RWF position is five times safer in the event of a head-on collision, particularly for children under four years old!

Thanks to special systems, transporting your youngster in the XPEDITION 2 i-Size car seat is even safer. The H-GUARD + system (three-layer headrest reinforced with memory foam) protects the child's delicate neck, head and shoulders. The torso is protected thanks to SPS, which is high, wide side protection additionally strengthened to ensure comprehensive safety for your little one.

XPEDITION 2 i-Size is a swivel car seat with an integrated base – this enables you to easily and quickly turn the car seat sideways towards the door so you can effortlessly put your child in and secure them using the safety harness. The EASY SPIN 360° system also lets you effortlessly convert the RWF position to the FWF position without having to uninstall the car seat from the car. Thanks to ISOFIX and TOP TETHER, you can easily affix it in the car, and the additional features increase comfort of use when travelling.

Highest safety standard XPEDITION 2 i-Size is even safer than its predecessor. This car seat meets the latest R129 i-Size standard, which requires even more-rigorous crash tests, including side-on collision tests. It has successfully passed these tests, ensuring maximum protection for your child. This means you can easily install the car seat in the car using ISOFIX and TOP TETHER (the mountings have correct installation indicators to make it easier for you to correctly install the car seat). Tailored to your child XPEDITION 2 i-Size features the EASY GROW SYSTEM function (seven-step adjustment of the headrest and safety harness) and the RECLINING function (four-step adjustment of the angle of incline of the car seat for older children in the FWF position).
